F-One Wing Wrist Leash Review
Why Do I Need a Wrist Leash for Wing Foiling?
A leash of some sort is almost a must when it comes to winging. If you've got anything like decent wind, your wing can scoot away pretty quickly when you fall, and you don't want to end up stranded, especially if you're on a sinker board. F-One's wrist leash is one of Ryan's favorites. It's simple, with nothing you don't need and everything you do.

Cuff
The wrist cuff is soft and comfortable, even on long sessions. It's got a wide adjustability range, so it fits folks with small wrists on up to a large wrist inside a thick wetty. The velcro sticks tight, yet it opens quickly and easily when you pull the orange finger loop. The piece the strap wraps through is metal, so it won't break in cold water.

Leash
The leash itself is a bungee and is quite lightweight, so you won't feel it bouncing around like you can when you're pumping the wing with a heavier leash on it. When you drop your wing, it acts as a shock absorber and won't yank the way a rope leash can.

How Do I Attach the Leash to My Wing?
Attachment to the wing is simple. You just find the loop for your leash, typically near the leading edge surf handle, and feed the end of the leash through there. Now put the cuff through the loop at the end of the leash and pull it tight. It's a secure connection that doesn't use any fittings that add weight.

Which Size Do I Need?
The leash comes in three lengths. Ryan recommends:
XL: 6m and larger wings
L: 3m - 5.5m wings
M: 3m and smaller wings
