Sometimes, certain things happen that we can't necessarily control. Liquid Force has just released a technical service bulletin about their 2015 Response Control System (part number: 2158089). According to Liquid Force, there have been isolated occurrences of the chicken loop release sticking upon activation. Thankfully, there have been no injuries.
Due to these incidents, however, Liquid Force will be replacing all chicken loop lower assemblies free of charge. Liquid Force will be replacing all Reponse Control Bar lower assemblies that were manufactured and distributed between December 1st, 2014 and February 28th, 2015.
Liquid Force Kiteboarding strongly recommends all consumers to immediately stop using the affected units and to contact Liquid Force via their online form or through a LF authorized retailer for replacement parts.
