Kiteboarding Video: Kite Horror

When Kiting Heads South

Kiteboarding can be considered a dangerous sport to those who do not know proper safety systems or how to self rescue. In this video, we see two kiters who had their kites collide. While one seems to have little knowledge, the other has the knowledge to free himself and to get the first kiter back into safety. 

This video is longer, but it's interesting to see the progression from first impact to safety. 

The implementation is well executed, and it gives us a good reminder to always remain calm and remember our training when difficult situations arise.
