Seco Island Kiteboarding
As Coldplay would say, "Para-Para-Paradise"
Imagine traveling to a small, uninhabited island in the Philippines, and kiting all day everyday. Yep, that sounds like the life. That’s exactly what this group of kiteboarding fanatics get to do when they travel to the jewel of Southeast Asia: Seco Island. And what better way to travel to an obscure, airport-less location than via your friends Catamaran? It might be time for me to start looking into some new friends...
Boasting unusually flat and shallow waters, kiteboarders revel in the simplicity and ease they feel while spending time in this water wonderland. Think, above-ground Atlantis. These conditions also make for a freestyle rider’s paradise. The flat surface allows for easy pop off of the water, making Seco Island the perfect addition to any kiteboarder's bucket list.
