Kiteboarding Video: 2016/17 Naish Kite Collection
2016/17 Naish Kite Collection
Naish has unleashed their kite collection for this year and color us impressed. Subtle changes grace these kites, with an emphasis of creating the perfect balance. What's new? Let's break it down:
Naish Ride
The Naish Ride is considered a favorite for a majority of riders. There's no specified level of riding necessary for this all-around freeride kite. The ride offers easy water relaunch and a flattened arc for slightly more lift and easy jumping. New to this kite is the Tough Tips technology, which adds reinforcement on the wing tips that spreads the load evenly throughout the canopy of the kite. The Ride is available in sizes: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14-meters (while stock lasts).
Naish Trip
The Trip is a great option for intermediate-to-advanced riders looking for a foil kite. The design is strutless, so you may see a bit more canopy flutter in higher winds, but the kite overall is a responsive beast that focuses on creating a smooth ride that is ideal for foiling. The Trip also has the Tough Tips technology to distribute power evenly through the canopy. The Trip is available in sizes: 8, 10, and 12-meter (while supplies lasts).
Naish Fly
The Naish Trip is ideal for larger riders or those riding in lighter conditions. This year, the diameter on the leading edge has been altered to allow the kite to fly further forward, which improves upwind riding and handling. Also included is the Tough Tips technology. The Fly is available in size: 15-meter (while supplies lasts)
