2016 Ion Apex Select

If you have yet to try an Ion harness, you've been doing yourself a disservice. The new Ion Vertex Select and returning Apex Select introduce Wire Tec, a new tightening system that results in a balanced load distribution. This system prevents the complete load from resting on the two standard pylons found in most harnesses, instead distributing weight throughout the cables. Ion's Vertex Harness is one of our favorite waist harnesses. You're going to see tons of body support with their new padding concept, the Pro Pad, as well as comfort and free-twisting action while you're wearing the Vertex. The Vertex is also easy to adjust and moderately lightweight.

Also dubbed the Twist harness, the VERTEX SELECT is jam-packed with a mouthwatering amount of ION’s high tech features, making this harness perfect for waves. This year we have added the new Wire_Tec and its complementing X-Spine technology for balanced load distribution.
