How to Use the Ensis HIP HOP Pumpfoil Backpack
Ensis has created a backpack designed for pump foil sessions. Here's all you need to know on what makes the HIP HOP unique and how to use:
Notable Features
The HIP HOP has some pivotal performance features that make it a handy option for carrying around. The huge back pocket lets you easily add a wetsuit, lycra, or towel — anything that you need at the beach to go pump foiling.
One of the coolest things about this backpack is the back panel. It's fully equipped with comfortable padding, adjustable padded shoulder straps, and a hip belt. You're able to walk (or even bike) longer distances with less fatigue to and from your destination.
The bag also features a Velcro backing with cut-to-size Velcro straps to help create a snug, secure fit for your foil setup.

How to Pack the Board
The really great thing about the HIP HOP is that you can fit any Ensis foil board inside. Here's how it works:
Start by opening the main zipper. Place the board inside with the bottom facing up. The Ensis logo should be visible on top (that's how you know it's in the right position). Slide it in, and close the zipper.

How to Pack the Foil
To pack your foil, open the foil pocket. Starting with the front wing, slide the wing and mast into position. At the bottom of the pocket, there's a small removable strap with Velcro. This keeps the mast or foil from damaging the backpack. Use the Velcro straps to secure the front wing tightly, trimming any excess if needed. Then do the same for the mast.
After that, you can add the back wing. Depending on your preference, you can place it in the back pocket or secure it under the straps inside. Once everything is in place, close the zippers and fasten the internal clip. This clip holds the foil setup compact and safe inside the backpack.

If you want, you can trim the Velcro straps to make everything look cleaner. Once closed up, the backpack should feel solid and stable, with room left over for your other gear.
When wearing the backpack, adjust the hip belt on both sides for even tension, and then fine-tune the shoulder straps. Once it's strapped in, it should feel very comfortable and secure.
