haven't seen this foil yet, it's one of the most innovative designs we've seen
in quite a while. Totally different from a lot of what you're seeing out there
in the industry or ridden before. I will show you a little bit about it and
review it after riding it this summer.Features
The
components consist of;
the front wing, the fuselage, and the stabilizer.

Slingshot Machine V2 Kite and Machine V2 LW Review
Shop Slingshot Kiteboarding Kites.
Hello
guys. This is Pat and Dustin from MACkite. Today we will review the Slingshot
Machine V2 and the Machine V2 Light Wind.
We
recently had a session with the V2s. They are super stellar, lofty, big boosty
kites. They have a perfect low-power end, are grunty, and have decent bar
pressure. If you're looking for a lighter bar feel, the V2 might not be the kite
for you. But if you like a direct feel and nice power in the bar, then the V2

What's
up guys? I’m Pat from MACkiteboarding.com. I’ll review the new Slingshot Hope Craft,
a pretty neat little board brand new to the Slingshot lineup this year.
The
Hope Craft is brand new to the Slingshots lab this year, taking the DNA from
the successful Dwarf Craft. It was designed by Fred Hope with the desires of
St. John himself. So really, just taking everything that he's looking to get
out of a high-performance pocket foil board.

Latest Lightweight Kite and Wing Canopy Materials
This is Pat and Aaron with MACkiteboarding.com talking today about some kite and wing materials. We've got five different materials that have become the industry standard, and a bunch of different companies are using them. They are Dacron, Penta TX or SLS, Aluula, Ho'okipa, and N-Weave.DacronDacron's been the industry standard. It's a polyester weave with a melamine resin to cure it and give it strength and rigidity. It comes in around 160-170 grams per square meter. I found this info on

Duotone Wing Academy | Powering and Depowering Your Wing
Powering Your Wing
Flip your wing and pull it into the wind to get into riding position. To power your wing, pull the back hand towards you. Now the wing will generate power and lift, which you will have to counter with your body weight. Do this by slightly bending your knees and leaning back with your upper body. The stronger the wind, the more you will have to lean back.
Focus on keeping your front hand in place while pulling your backhand towards you. Powering your wing

Duotone Wing Academy | Wind and Courses
Understanding Windward and Leeward
This clip is all about the wind. Using it wisely will guarantee fast and safe progression in wing foiling. In all wind-related sports, we call the side which is facing toward the wind, the windward side, or upwind. Everything which is facing away from the wind, we call the leeward side, or downwind.Handling Your Wing
Whenever you carry your wing or place it on the ground, the leading edge should be facing into the wind at an angle of 90 degrees.Wing

Duotone Wing Academy | Flipping Your Wing
Flipping Your Wing On the Beach
Flipping the wing is an essential technique which you will need in many situations. The basic steps are similar whether you flip your wing on the beach or in the water. But flipping a wing on the water can be a challenge. So let's show you how it's done.
First, position the wing directly downwind of you. The leading edge or front tube should be facing towards the wind. Grab the front handle with one hand and reach out to the side with your second hand.

Airush FreeWing V2 Overview
This is Tucker from MACkiteboarding with Mr. Jeff, and today we're going to talk to you about the Airush Freewing V2. We'll start with an overview, and then we will do a quick review.
Overview
Tucker: The Freewing V2 from Airush and Starboard is a very nice do-it-all wing. It's really compact, and the frame itself is quite thick and stiff, so even as a heavier rider, I can ride with more power and it's going to hold its shape, which is really nice. When you're pumping, es

2023 Duotone Voyage Split Board Overview
"We finally did it. We came out with a split-board. It is going to be a
toolless design. It's based on the Duotone Select shape, which is a twin tip that we've had in our line forever.
The
Duotone Voyage rides super smooth, super easy in the chop, and it feels fast and quick. And this thing is relatively lightweight as well when you're traveling with it.
An important detail that was pointed out to me is that there are some countries, like, there are
some islands in

Q & A with Tucker: F-One Plane EAGLE HM Carbon vs. Armstrong HA Foils
Q: I've been riding an Armstrong 1550v2 with a HA195 tail. I enjoy it, but could I get better speed and glide out of something like an F-One Eagle HM or another foil?A: I've ridden Armstrong foils and they are great, but they aren't known for their glide efficiency or mast stiffness. By comparison, F-one foils are top of the class in both glide efficiency and stiffness through the entire system. That is mostly due to the sleek mast/fuse connection, monocoque front wing/fuse design, and high-modu
