Description

SURF / DOWNWIND

Features:

Introducing the Naish Morph Parawing, the next generation of pocket wings designed for ultimate performance and accessibility. With its innovative design, the Morph is built to enhance your foiling experience by offering precise control, stability, and a broader wind range. It's crafted to give riders the freedom to explore new foiling possibilities, whether you're tackling downwind runs, chasing bigger waves, or refining your skills.

  • PCS Bar (Pully Control System) - Passively controls the profile of the wing to give better low-end power and greater top-end stability, resulting in a much larger usable wind range.
  • Naturally Reflexed Profile - Gives the wing stable flying characteristics through collapse resisting aerodynamic forces resulting in more depower range and better upwind ability.
  • Nylon Profile Rods - Add support to the leading edge profile for better efficiency and upwind penetration.
  • Color Coded Lines - Each level of lines are specifically colored to make sorting out line tangles easier, giving you confidence in high pressure situations and launching/relaunching.
  • Directional Colored Panel Layout - Colored panels and graphics to show the leading edge and center line of the wing for quick identification, aiding in redeploying and relaunching.
  • Lightweight Construction - Lightweight fabric chosen to achieve the smallest possible pack volume and weight.

Sizes: 2m / 3m / 4m / 5m

Includes:

  • Wing
  • Bar
  • Bag

Details

The unique design of the Pulley Control System (PCS) delivers precise control over the wing's profile. The PCS passively gives the user a cambered profile for better low-end power generation, helping you get on foil earlier. In contrast, the system shifts to a reflexed profile in overpowered conditions, providing increased stability, collapse resistance, and improved upwind efficiency. This adaptive system also offers a more intuitive, reactive, and smooth steering feel, making the Morph one of the most balanced wings on the market.

The design also features nylon profile rods, which add support to the leading edge for better efficiency and upwind penetration. For added confidence in high-pressure moments, the Morph includes color-coded lines for easy sorting and a directional panel layout for quick identification of the leading edge and centerline.

Lightweight construction ensures the Morph is easy to pack and carry, while its expanded wind range and refined balance between stability and controllability make it the ideal choice for unlocking a new range of foiling experiences. Gain confidence in your downwinding skills, ride waves like never before, and experience the epitome of foiling freedom. The Morph unlocks access to endless new possibilities — your next adventure awaits.

Tech Features:

CANOPY
Naish chose a 32gsm material for its lightweight yet durable nature. They believe this is the best material for everyday use to still give the smallest and lightest possible pack size. The canopy was designed with a specific graphic and colored panel layout to give the rider ease of mind in tough situations. The colored panels allow for easy identification of the leading edge and center point of the wing.

LINES
While designing the line set on the Naish Morph parawing, Naish wanted to make sure they were easy and comfortable to use. They gave each line level a different color to ensure that the lines were visible and easy to differentiate from each other. Along with color coding the lines, Naish designed the wing to have a highly reduced bridle set, resulting in a 30% or more reduction in number of lines in comparison to other parawings. They carefully chose lengths that would make it easy to reach the canopy when you want to stow the wing. It was also important that the lines were comfortable to grab, which is why Naish chose a sheathed line. The lineset also cascades in diameter for balance between comfort and aerodynamic drag reduction. The main lines have a thicker than necessary diameter to be comfortable to handle, while the upper lines close to the wing have a reduced diameter to shed as much drag as possible, aiding in the Morph's balance of usability and performance.

STABILITY
Naish knows how important stability is in a parawing, which is why they've dedicated so much time to getting the right balance of stability and maneuverability. To achieve this, they used a reflexed wing profile for maximum stability and collapse resistance, even at the edge of the wind window. This gives the control bar a larger range of movement where the wing stays fully tensioned and drives upwind. They combined this with their unique pulley system to give the wing a more responsive, intuitive and smooth-turning feel. This combination of technologies strikes what they believe to be the best balance of stability and dynamic control.

DEPOWER
The Naish Morph parawing has great depower to get you through the strong gusts, or even when you leave the smaller wing at home. This is in part due to the unique pulley system, which gives the wing more stability through its power range. This means the wing can fly farther out of the window to reduce the power of the wing and give you better upwind drive. The wing can also be completely depowered through proper use of front line input.

WIND RANGE
The Morph wing has an excellent wind range in comparison to other parawings on the market. This comes from the naturally reflexed profile in combination with Naish's pulley bar design. This combination gives the Morph a dynamic profile through the range of bar movement. The dynamic change in profile gives the wing a high camber profile when generating power for a better low end to get you on foil faster and a highly reflexed profile when fully depowered, allowing for upwind ability even when overpowered. The expansion of the wing range on the Naish Morph allows you to get more out of each size. During testing, Naish's team managed to ride a 5m Morph in 12kts and a 3m Morph in 40kts. 3m(26kts - 40kts) 4m(18kts - 28kts) 5m(12kts - 22kts)"

Ultralight Disclaimer
The Naish Morph is an ultralight product and should be treated with care. Caring for this product will result in a much longer lifespan of the product.

"Morph is the ultimate foil discipline. I can rip upwind, pack down and fly downwind, 3km offshore on my prone board. It literally doesn't get better than that."
- Ewan Jaspan, Naish Team Rider

"The Morph is the new revolution. Extremely fun to ride as it is meant to be, but also good to have in the backpack during paddle downwinders, as a safety and back up. It’s always in the bag too, thanks to its light weight and great performance."
- Louka Pitot, Naish Team Rider

    Morph 4.0

Jumped on the bandwagon and glad I did. Learning took some time and required swearing like a pirate. Just like everything else foil, it takes some work. Definitely has a more narrow wind range than a wing, however, when it's good it's great. I'd say 12-25 knots, any less and it won't fly, much more it's uncontrollable. Not entirely sure the pulley system does much, but all the v2 competitors have something similar, so... Line tangles definitely happen, but have become less as I learn more. Great fun to cruise upwind and then be free on the downwind. Once you figure it out, it'll go upwind just as well as a wing. It's also extremely fun just to sail, so much more free than a wing. 100% need a harness, I use a wing foil harness and it's great.
