Slingshot B2
I have about 5 hours on this kite and im getting familiar with how to properly use it-we will see how it performs as a trainer when I move to a bigger kite. for now, it is performing as expected and i would recommend to others.

Great, proven trainer
I have had this trainer for 15 years, and when taking intro kiting lessons with two other friends, was surprised to see the same kite used to teach kite control basics, so bought them for my friends also.

Trainer kite, 1st timer!
I bought this kite for my 5 yr.old son to practice kiting. I did away with the one handle and put two separate handles on the lines. More like a paraglider, which is what I do. I'm planning on transitioning him from this wing to an actual paragliding speed wing. My wife, older son, and several friends have flown this wing for fun and we all love it. I now have to buy two more. Very fun, would recommend this to anyone.

Slingshot b2
Purchased two identical kites, one had a slight tangle from package other was perfect! Flew for the first time ever in 25-30mph winds on the beach of San Felipe!Absolutely insane, the kite can take it, including the repetitive bashing! Can't wait to try the next size!

B2 Trainer Review
I bought this kite for my 10 year old so he could have a kite of his own and not get pulled around by my 3.5M trainer. The kite is decent and a good size for kids but I would rate it below another trainer kite I bought (HQ). The B2 does not have a wrist strap (HQ does) for safety so if you need to bail, you let go of the bar and it blows down wind. Also the way the bridles attach to the kite is not as nice as the HQ. With that said it is decent and the HQ was $10 more. One other observation is the bar is 22" long. That is almost the same length I use for 9-12M kites. The bar length makes a small fast kite totally ridiculous to fly. Why the bar is not more adequately sized? I have no idea. Seems simple.
