About PPC

Founded by lifelong waterman Sam Loader, PPC grew out of years spent surfing, paddling, shaping boards, and running water sports shops in both New Zealand and the US. As foiling began to take off, PPC shifted its full focus toward designing boards and wings that balanced performance with durability in a sport where gear gets pushed hard. The rise of wing foiling marked a turning point, leading to PPC’s first in-house wing designs and eventually the M1 Wing, released in 2023. Rider feedback plays a huge role in PPC’s development process, from Sam’s own time on the water to input from team riders testing gear in demanding conditions. Their design philosophy stays intentionally simple, refining shapes and construction rather than chasing trends. By prioritizing longevity and smart material choices, PPC aims to make foiling gear that lasts longer, rides better, and keeps you on the water instead of replacing broken equipment.
