Guided by years of kite foil board design and the abundance of power in tow ups the Enigma took only a few prototypes to reach it's final form in sharp contrast to Omen's usual design process. 

Take the core principles that make any foil board pleasurable to ride and strip away every element that does not contribute, and you're left with the Enigma - the purest possible connection to your foil and the mysteries of the deep.

Regardless of the other boards you ride, withdrawal symptoms will set in aggressively after spending any amount of time with the Enigma.

Features:

• Responsiveness meets stability - A thin deck and subtle concave bring you as close as possible to your foil for maximum control and a lower center of gravity on the wave. The subtle concave through the standing area combined with the tow specific construction provides a supernatural feeling of connection to the wave energy. The narrow outline provides extra rail clearance during hard turns while the rocker and design of the chines work together to recover from accidental contact with the water at any angle.
• Details matter, feel supernatural - Most tow boards compromise on either rocker or stance since the combination of a thin, short, board with aggressive rocker can elevate the front foot area to an uncomfortable level. The Enigma's rocker profile has been carefully designed to maintain the ideal level between the front and rear foot without compromising high speed touchdown recovery. The subtle tail rocker through the track area further augments this and provides the rider a more secure and comfortable feel when travelling at high speed on steeper sections.
• Never waste a good pull, Easy on Foil - You're likely investing a significant amount of time and money lining up your tow foiling. Don't risk messing up sessions with a compromised board. The Enigma's wide tail, low volume, aggressive nose rocker, and release oriented chine geometry sits low in the water, climbs steadily, and releases smoothly whether you're heading towards the boat or edging hard off to the side.
• Don't be held back, Pump further, connect more - Despite being thin, the ultra strong foam core and double reinforced layup provides uncompromising stiffness. Pump further and feel more connected than ever to your foil. This also means the Enigma will hold up to the abuse typical of being banged around in a boat through rough waters for hours at a time. A treatment that would quickly leave lesser boards cracked and waterlogged.

Construction:

The Enigma is built with a significantly heavier layup and denser foam core than any of our other boards. Not only does this make them super responsive despite their very thin profile, but it adds a ton of durability. This durability is critical in tow foiling where boards are subject to high levels of abuse in the boats.

We could certainly make a lighter tow board, but in practice since the weight is so centered under the rider it has minimal effect.

Sizing Notes:

We've had riders as light as 110lbs and as heavy as 210lbs fall in love with the 15L Enigma. Even for heavy riders and the low powered watercraft in Chicama, getting on foil is easy.

While the width seems narrow, the standing area of the board is wide enough for riders 6'1" due the the wider outline towards the tail, and shape of the rail which allows the deck pad to approach the very edge of the board.

The 20L size was created for riders over 200lbs and/or over 6'1".
