The Foil Drive Assist Slim x Project Cedrus Integrated Mast offers riders a super clean, versatile and adaptable electric assisted foiling setup capable of being used for many different foiling disciples with a range of different foil brands.

With new Gen2 compatible custom mast top mates, you can now bolt your Project Cedrus Mast to your Assist Slim for the ultimate one piece electric assist, muilt-brand foil mast!

Simply select the motor height you wish to have you motor built in at and if you need a Project Cedrus Foil Adaptor.

Gen2 Foil Drive Assist Slim

The Foil Drive Assist Slim is the smaller, lighter, performance-oriented model, for the ultimate in performance hybrid electric assist foiling. Despite its small size, it offers plenty of thrust to get you on foil easier and sooner, though the smaller batteries do reduce the run time.

The Foil Drive Assist Slim is perfectly suited to those just looking for an extra boost to get on foil or to ride smaller boards and foils. The Assist Slim is not suitable for prolongated periods of motor assisted riding, it simply provides the boost to get up on foil and ride more. Advanced Surf and Downwind riders will love the low profile and weight but will need to be very disciplined on the throttle usage. Wing foilers simple do not need the run time usually and will also appreciate the low profile and weight.

The Assist Slim is perfect for advanced, high-performance riders or wingers/downwinders that do not require lots of battery capacity.

The kit includes everything you need to turn your existing foil and board into an electric assisted foiling machine!

Install on any Foil Board and Mast

The Assist Slim mounts between your mast plate and the board. As mast tracks are universal, this means it fits any board! Simply use the provided Foil Drive Locking T Nuts and longer bolts. Sandwich your Gen2 Foil Drive between your gear for optimal weight distribution and hydrodynamics.

Battery Options

Slim Performance Battery

The smaller Slim battery, great for those who're wanting a punchy, high performing, light-weight ride at the cost of less runtime than the Endurance. This battery must be used with the Assist Slim, Nose Cone D.

Slim Endurance Battery (Available early 2024)

The larger Slim battery, great for longer runtimes. However, with a lower voltage, it doesn't provide the same level of thrust as the Slim Performance Battery. This battery must be used with the Assist Slim, Nose Cone C.

Volts: 28V

Removable Motors

With three simple screws, the motor plug can be removed, allowing the rider to change their cable length and, therefore, the motor mounting position, depending on the use case.

With options to use your own foil mast or a fully integrated one, there are more ways to tune your setup than ever!

V2 Pod Mast Adaptors

The motor pod is a two-part attachment which is clamped around your mast. When ordering your Foil Drive system, you will need to select which motor pod is compatible with your mast. The pods have been designed to fit each brand and variation of mast perfectly. It is imperative that you choose the correct motor pod for your mast specification, not just the same brand.
Note: Many foil brands change their mast design from year to year to improve strength or reduce drag. If you purchased your mast some time ago and you are unsure, please check with us.
