The Foil Drive Slim Travel Battery is built for riders who want true airline-friendly travel without giving up the simplicity and feel of the Assist Slim system. It is the easiest way to fly with your foil gear, land, and still get quality assist sessions without shipping batteries ahead of time.
This battery splits into two compact modules, keeping each section under common airline limits. Once you arrive, the sections bolt back together in minutes and function as a single sealed battery for riding, charging, and storage. Fully assembled, it delivers 4.5Ah and roughly 178Wh of capacity, offering slightly more runtime than the Slim Performance Battery.
The Slim Travel Battery is designed strictly for Assist mode. It is ideal for paddle-ins, dock starts, prone foiling, and light wing sessions where short, efficient boosts help you get up and stay flying. It is not intended for constant power e-foiling or flat-water cruising.
Like all Gen 2 Foil Drive batteries, it features an IP68 rating for solid protection against water and dust. A single main power plug handles both power delivery and charging, with dust caps included to keep everything protected during travel days.

Breaking down into 2 smaller sections, this battery becomes approved airline travel. One part being 81wh and one 97.2wh. With just a few simple screws, the battery reassembles quickly and easily and can stay complete for storage, usage and charging.
The complete battery when joined together is rated at 4.5ah capacity or 178wh meaning it is slightly larger capacity or run time than the Slim Performance battery. Due to the extra length added by the extra connector parts, the Travel Battery uses the longer "D" Nose Cone for your Assist Slim.
Most airlines around the world will allow a person to carry 20x batteries under 100wh, some do require pre-approval first though.
