New Titan Connection

The new Titan 2 connection system is F-One’s evolution of the mast-to-fuselage connection, built to meet the demands of modern riders. Riders of all levels will benefit from its ease of assembly, stiffer connection, and more direct feel. The mast now inserts into the fuselage and is secured by two M8 x 25mm titanium screws, versus three M6 x 32mm screws on the previous version.

Change is hard, and loyal F-One fans like ourselves had to take a couple of deep breaths and realize it has been eight years with no change to the mast-to-fuse connection. The previous connection point served us all well and continues to provide a solid interface that helped place F-One foils at the top of the market. This new connection does not affect the FCT lineup, which remains unchanged. The Titan 2 system builds on what we already love about F-One foils by making one of the industry’s leading platforms even better.

Over the past eight years, the original TITAN connection has proven its reliability. During this time, all other components of our foils, and entire range, have been continuously optimized through refined structural designs, advanced constructions and layups, and the introduction of new models.

As performance levels increased, the mast-to-front-wing connection turned into the limiting element of the system. It had therefore become a necessity for us to innovate in this area to continue meeting the expectations of our end customers. Without evolution, there is no improvement, and continuous refinement is what allows us to deliver ever better experiences to riders.

For this reason, we are proud to introduce the TITAN 2 connection.

What is the Titan 2 connection?

Building on the compact, stiff, easy-to-assemble format that made the original TITAN so effective, the TITAN 2 also maintains a design allowing for a thin, highly hydrodynamic fuselage. Preserving this key advantage was a clear priority for this new connection.

Moreover, the TITAN 2 now uses only two M8 screws and benefits from a reinforced structural connection, delivering increased rigidity and precision without compromising hydrodynamic efficiency.

Impact on existing equipment:

All previous foil models are discontinued, and the entire 2026 range is built around this new TITAN 2.

Riders using carbon masts will need to upgrade to a new carbon mast and front wing(s) in order to benefit from the new TITAN 2.

• There won’t be any adapters available, as they would negate all the gains of this new connection.
• Those using aluminum masts will only need to replace their TITAN mast foot to use our new foils.
• Owners of FCT foils are not impacted, as these do not use a TITAN mast foot.
