Description
F-One Aluminum Mast - 55cm
Whether you're kiting, winging, surfing, or paddling, the F-ONE aluminum mast is built to do it all. It’s made from high-grade 6063 aluminum and shaped with the kind of precision you only get from years of foil design experience.
The result? A mast that feels smooth in the water, stays stiff under pressure, and keeps weight down without sacrificing strength. It’s designed to glide with minimal drag, giving you that connected, efficient feel no matter what foil setup you’re riding.
At both ends, stainless steel helicoils make for solid, corrosion-resistant connections. Because it’s part of F-ONE’s modular system, you can easily swap out components depending on what you’re riding that day.
Technology
Aluminum 6063 & 606
This aluminum alloy boasts some very good mechanical properties and can be processed in many different ways while also offering a natural resistance to corrosion.
Produced from an extrusion process, our aluminium profiles make the most of this homogeneous material to provide perfect stiffness both in torsion and bending. All areas in contact with other metals or carbon parts are duly isolated against galvanic reactions.
Machining blocks of aluminium 6061 guarantees the maximum accuracy and preserves the mechanical properties of this higher grade of aluminium. All parts are fully anodized and stainless steel inserts are fitted with isolating gel when fastening is required.
