About Appletree Surfboards
Appletree Surfboards is a European board builder known for making surf, foil, and kiteboards that prioritize durability without sacrificing performance. Founded by brothers Wieger and Jorrit Buurma, the brand grew out of a desire to fix a real problem: boards breaking too easily under modern riding.
