• User-Friendly Design - The Watch Ring Remote is ultra-responsive and features an intuitive design that allows you to change speed by simply pressing the +/- buttons on the ring controller attached to your index finger. To maintain a certain speed level, simply hold the + or - button. To disengage the motor, release the button. This functionality enables effortless handling while paddling through waves, duck-diving, popping up, or using a wing. Say goodbye to the inconvenience of managing a traditional trigger remote without different speed levels. The watch comes with a universal fit sport band suitable for most wrist sizes (a XL version comes with the remote set).
• Two Modes - The Watch Ring Remote features two different operating modes to meet users' varying needs. In Standard Mode, there are five speed levels available. This mode is designed for energy-efficient operation, helping to extend battery life. The Boost Mode offers access to seven speed levels, delivering extra power and acceleration. This mode is particularly suitable for smaller boards and foils. It is important to note that while Boost Mode provides higher performance, it is also more energy-intensive, resulting in reduced battery runtime.
• Safety Measures - There are two safety systems built into the remote to ensure that the motor starts and stops as intended. To start the motor, press the + button once to unlock the remote, then press it again to engage the motor. This two-step process reduces the risk of accidental activation. To stop the motor while using the Foil Assist, simply release the ring controller (+ or - button), which stops the propeller immediately, ensuring full control for the rider. We recommend practicing this action to become comfortable with it in case of an emergency stop or a fall. Please note that the Bluetooth signal may be lost if the remote is submerged, so place your hands on the nose of the board when rising to a standing position.
