The Moto Apex is a high performance hybrid kite built for speed efficiency and responsive control. Its 3 strut modern aspect ratio design delivers a smooth balance of stability and agility, while the reactive wing tips and 7 point bridle provide precise, dynamic steering.

Constructed with Teijin D2 ripstop and 2 lightweight Aluula struts, it offers exceptional durability without the added weight. The reduced diameter on the leading edge enhances aerodynamics and turning speed while the swept wingtip design improves efficiency.

New to the Cabrinha line up the Moto Apex is now flown in a High Y bar setup. All the conversion pieces you need are included with the all new Unity bar.

Rebuilt from the ground up, the Moto Apex pushes freeride performance to new heights. A high aspect design delivers greater efficiency, faster board speed, and increased hang time, giving the kite a lighter, faster, more responsive feel in the sky.

Swept, narrower wingtips reduce drag and focus the canopy’s power toward the center, creating smoother acceleration and more efficient power delivery. A reduced leading edge diameter and strategic weight savings further enhance agility, allowing the kite to fly forward quickly with precise, immediate response.

Aluula composite struts increase stiffness while reducing weight, helping the kite hold its shape for consistent power, stability, and control in all conditions.

The precision 7-point bridle system delivers direct, responsive steering with tight, pivot-driven turning and confident lift through loops, while a single sliding pulley adds smoothness and reduces residual pull on release.

Key Design Notes:

• High V: The Moto Apex has been specifically to fly on a 6m High V, giving the kite increased support and control in higher winds, while allowing for a tighter smoother turn during kiteloop maneuvers.
• Teijin D2 Ripstop Canopy: Engineered to provide a lightweight material with exceptional bias control and recovery, the Teijin D2 Material works hand in hand with the Ultra HT material on the Apex kites to provide the next level in performance and reactivity.
• Bullet Proof Bumpers: These new Durable TPU bumpers are strong, lightweight and durable. They crossover protecting the canopy to LE sewing. A new manufacturing process helps with abrasion when the kite is resting on a hard surface.
• 2026 Airframe: A single point inflation system engineered for simplicity, durability, and global compatibility. Its streamlined design ensures quick setup and pack down, delivering the reliability and confidence to perform in any condition.
• Aluula Support: The strategic placement of Aluula material in the outer struts of the Moto Apex provides the stiffness required to support the outline of the kite in flight increasing with wind range, while at the same time reducing weight allowing for a more reactive, tighter turning kite.
