Session Impressions
This is my session impressions of the folding prop on the Waydoo. Overall, I am pretty impressed with it.
I needed a little more juice to get up and going. Being about 200 lbs, I had to bump the power up to about 13 to get up on foil, but then I could drop it down to around 11 on the Waydoo. Because it is a two-blade propeller, it requires a bit more power initially, but once you are up and foiling, there is noticeably less drag. This made carving and turning much easier.
- I did notice that one of the Lift boards had some Bluetooth connectivity issues while out on the water.
- Overall, it was a really fun session and we got to mess around with the GoPro 360. Stoked!
