Better in many ways.
It is 30% lighter than alu double handles. The coating is less abrasive on the hands, seems durable enough, similar sort of triangular cross section with curved corners. Padding at corners will lessen impact on board. You have to partially inflate the strut to install, then finish inflating. No big deal. It will probably fall off if the strut completely deflates, the tabs will not hold a limp strut. Feels so much better than the handles on an Alula Slingshot v1.
