It feels more predictable and intuitive, speeding up the learning phase and giving you the confidence to push further. Power delivery is smoother and more consistent, with a larger sweet spot that’s less sensitive to handling errors.
Upwind, there’s more tension to push against, while downwind the wing stalls later, expanding your usable range. The reduced aspect-ratio improves inflation, nimbleness and control, with less tip contact on the water.
A new front-line material speeds up packing and redeployment, and the addition of a 5.7m size opens up even more light wind potential.”

Session Impressions
I'm fresh off the water from my first downwinder parawinging session. I was using the 4.3m Ozone Pocket Rocket V2 parawing paired with an 890 Eagle foil and a downwind board. Overall, the Pocket Rocket V2 has been one of my favorite wings for learning and progressing.
The wing provides the right amount of all-around low-end power to get you up on foil. When you bear downwind and pump, it delivers a steady, grunt-filled pull that gets you onto the foil effortlessly. The standout feature of the V2 is how smooth it feels. Regardless of whether you are heading upwind or bearing downwind, the bar input is smooth, steady, and even, making it extremely comfortable to fly.
Stowing and redeploying the wing is very straightforward. By grabbing the front A-lines, it packs down easily so you can hold it in one hand, and it redeploys smoothly without any issues. My only minor critique is that in high-end gusts, the tips can flap and fold inward slightly, so you may want to size down when conditions get super windy. Overall, I am very pleased with its ease of use, accessible power, and smooth pull through jibes and tacks.
