You'll experience effortless glide and precise control across all water conditions with the 2026 Naish Excalibur Semi-Complete Foil. Built with a high 10.2 aspect ratio and a high-camber profile, this foil helps you maintain lift at lower speeds while keeping your momentum through turns. You'll notice improved maneuverability and ventilation resistance thanks to the upward dihedral sweep built into the wingtips. Whether you are pumping downwind, winging, or riding swell, you get immediate feedback and efficient pump performance. Step up your foiling experience with responsive handling that makes sizing down smooth and attainable.
What Naish has to say:
Capable of gliding effortlessly in all conditions, the Excalibur is Naish’s new high aspect. Designed as the successor to the Jet HA, the Excalibur features a high-aspect outline at 10.2 AR, a high-camber foil section, and a high modulus carbon construction. These features boost glide, lower stall speed, and improve feedback, making sizing down more attainable.
The Excalibur also features a strong dihedral (upward) sweep in the tips to increase ventilation resistance and improve maneuverability. All of these features contribute to a foil which excels in disciplines that demand a balance of glide and maneuverability. To maximize speed and glide, pair the Excalibur with an E-Series stabilizer. However, if you would like a surfier, more maneuverable feel, the S-Series stabilizer is a better choice.
Utilizing our new Alpha connection system, the Excalibur receives a 30% increase in connection stiffness over our previous Legacy system. Featuring a larger cross sectional area, two or three M8 bolt connection depending on size, and a sleeker profile, the Alpha connection system offers a more direct feel than ever.
Who is this for?
The Excalibur is designed for riders seeking a high-aspect foil setup that offers a balanced combination of high glide efficiency, low stall speed, and turning performance. It excels across multiple disciplines including wing foiling, SUP foiling, downwind, and foil assist.
Design Profile:
High-aspect 10.2 AR outline constructed with high modulus carbon, featuring a high-camber foil section, strong dihedral wingtips, and the rigid Alpha connection system.
Performance Features:
- High-aspect 10.2 AR outline for sustained glide and speed across all conditions.
- High-camber foil section to generate low-end lift and lower your stall speed.
- High modulus carbon construction for direct feedback and structural stiffness.
- Strong dihedral wingtip sweep to minimize ventilation and enhance maneuvering.
- Alpha connection system offering high torsional rigidity and a sleek cross-sectional profile.
How does it compare?
Versus the Jet HA:
As the successor to the Jet HA, the Excalibur features an updated 10.2 high-aspect ratio, a high-camber profile, and high modulus carbon construction. These refinements boost overall glide, lower stall speeds, and provide enhanced feedback underfoot, allowing you to size down your foil while maintaining lift.
Versus the Legacy Connection System:
Utilizing Naish's Alpha connection system, the Excalibur delivers a 30% increase in connection stiffness compared to the Legacy setup. Its larger cross-sectional area, sleeker profile, and M8 bolt connections ensure power transfer and a more direct board feel.
Design Features:
- High-Aspect Outline (10.2 AR) - Carries speed efficiently through lulls and extends your glide distance with minimal effort.
- High-Camber Foil Section - Generates strong lift at lower speeds, allowing early takeoffs and stable low-speed control without stalling.
- High Modulus Carbon Construction - Utilizes T700 + M30 HM carbon to maximize stiffness and structural integrity for crisp steering inputs.
- Dihedral Wingtips - Upward tip sweep increases ventilation resistance, keeping your turns smooth and controlled in choppy water.
- Alpha Connection System - Increases connection stiffness by 30% via a larger cross-sectional area and M8 bolt hardware for direct board feel.
