Slingshot Crossbreed 11' Airtech Package w/ sUPWINDer - Blue

My family needed another inflatable SUP and I wanted to teach myself to wing. This was a great purchase to fulfill both goals. I’ve been having a really fun time in the lagoon behind my house. The water has been really shallow lately and the sUPwinder handled the bottom out better than the back fin despite being longer. Overall, fun so far and I look forward to teaching my kids on it once I figure out myself.

I have been using the Slingshot to teach myself how to use the wing so next step in wingfoil. I have a small water lagoon at my house so I walk out ans practice any day someone is watching. I even broke the back fin off I’m shallow and kept riding with the wing. It was a bit turny but new one comes soon . I’m going to continue to use the board to teach husband and friends and kids. Dear Steve, Pat Taylor, Sean, and Tucker, I cannot imagine a better person to represent your company than Pat Taylor. He did such a good job on the telephone that I purchased a SUP - Right then and there. I do not remember ever talking with someone who did such an excellent job. His demeanor , gentle and kind telephone manner encouraged me to go on, so to speak. I called your company wanting - asking about an Ensis 3 in 1 which he said you do not have, as our conversation went along I had written down to call a company on the Columbia River to purchase a Slingshot. Having done some research I found it is designed to be capable of being sailed up wind. To me that sounds basic, so basic as to be understood by everyone. When taking off in a sail boat you must be able to sail up wind to get home. 15 years ago I purchased a SUP, I think from Costco. It was flat and quite smooth on the bottom. No stern fin, no tail skag. None of my kayaks have fins, some track beautifully, my canoe did not have a tail fin, it tracked pretty well. My sailboat had a centerboard I was always able to get home. Years ago I took my new SUP with no fin paddling for the first time, a glassy calm day on a large lake. The tiniest whisper of a breeze blew me around a bit. A stern fin crucial for tracking in some cases. I glued a fin box on it a few months ago, the result was a world of difference. Of course your slingshot, my slingshot has a stern finbox and it tracks beautifully, I am so comfortable paddling it now, most of the time I Am completely unaware of balancing. I give the craft sold me an excellent rating, 5 stars, any of your customers who purchase one will be happy with their new Slingshot SUP. That seems certain to me. I have not seen a board with a hydrofoil the bottom except in pictures. I have now watched videos on the Internet and that is how I know that I am going to learn to do it. I am going to fly to Tortola, BVI and sail my foil around the island and over to St. John which is very close. That is what I am preparing to do. From your company or someone I plan to get the best equipment to learn on and if I progress the way my efforts workout I will get a rig that gives me improved performance in ways I can imagine. You received my first proposal; a fellow from your company wrote me and said you could give me a good deal but not front me the equipment even though I said I would settle up in full in March 2023.
