Refunds on merchandise are subject to a restocking fee and the original cost of shipment if free shipping was selected.
If you’d like to exchange your product for something else, the best thing to do is to return your item and place a new order at the same time. Placing the new order now ensures that you’ll get it quickly, and that it won’t go out of stock. If the item returned is in the condition you received it in and with the original box and/or packaging, then you'll get a full refund.
To make the return/exchange process as smooth as possible, we can create an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for you. If it has been awhile, or you already threw out your receipt, you can still return any order. You will have to pay for shipping back to us yourself. We recommend using a service that provides a tracking number, and purchasing insurance for larger packages in the event it gets lost. If you mailed your package back to us, and you haven't received your refund or store credit yet, don't panic. It generally takes about 2-3 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse for your return to be processed. When it is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation.
